Columbia’s girls track squad continued their winning ways by outdistancing 2nd place Newark Tech to win the team title at the Essex County Track and Field Rely Championships. Columbia scored 105 team points in winning 8 events as Newark Tech took home the first place medals in 3 events. Third place went to host school Livingston, Mt St Dominic was fourth and West Orange fifth.
On the boys side, Seton Hall and St Benedict’s each won four relays but the Prep was able to score in the jumping and field events to outdistance the field. Third place went to Irvington, 4th to Bloomfield and 5th to West Orange.
