Immaculate Conception and East Side have advanced to the championship final of the Essex County Boys Basketball Tournament. On Tuesday evening Immaculate, seeded fourth, defeated top-seeded Seton Hall Prep while East Side, seeded second, held off a competitive Central squad who was seeded at number six.
The championship game is scheduled for 1pm on Saturday at Essex County College as the first game of a doubleheader with the girls championship final.
Tickets for the doubleheader are $10 general admission at the door. Only ECADA passes will be accepted. As this is not a SEC scheduled game the conference passes may not be used.
