The coaches for participating schools in the 2014 Essex County Girls Lacrosse Tournament seeded their field at Tuesday evening’s seeding meeting. The tournament will start off with two first round games, Millburn, the 9th seed will play at 8th seeded Livingston. The winner will face the top seed, West Essex in the Quarterfinals. Columbia, seeded 7th shall host Montclair Kimberley Academy (10th), the winner to play 2nd seeded Montclair. The other Quarterfinals, to be played on Saturday, April 26 will be Caldwell (5) at Verona (4) and Mt St Dominic Academy (6) at Glen Ridge (3). The Semifinals are slated for May 3 and the finals, the first game of a championship doubleheader with the boys tournament, will be play at Verona at 12:30pm on Saturday, May 10.
