Immaculate Conception won its’ third consecutive Essex County Girls Basketball Tournament title on Saturday over University High School by a score of 75 – 65. University, seeded second, won the title in 2020. Covid prevented the tournament in 2021 and now Immaculate has reeled off three in a row. Immaculate was the tournament’s top seed.
