The two top seeds, Glen Ridge (1) and Montclair (2) were upset in the semifinal round of the Essex County Boys Lacrosse tournament. Caldwell, the 3rd seed, defeated Montclair by a score of 7-4 while Seton Hall Prep (4) edged past Glen Ridge 10-9. Caldwell and Glen Ridge will meet at Livingston’s field on Saturday at 12:30pm in the final.
In the girl’s tournament, 2nd seeded Glen Ridge will face top seeded West Essex in the second half of Saturday’s Lacrosse Finals doubleheader. Game time is scheduled for 2:30pm.
