The Essex County Boys Soccer Tournament has developed the bracket for this year’s tournament with competition set to begin on Friday, October 6. Twenty-nine teams have joined the event with Montclair gaining the top seed followed by Seton Hall, East Side, West Orange and Montclair Kimberley filling out the first five.
Two rounds of preliminaries shall be played out prior to the First Round, or Round of 16, scheduled ffor Wednesday, October 11.
This Friday five games are scheduled as follows;
West Caldwell Tech (29) at Cedar Grove (20)
North Star Academy (28) at Technology(21)
Malcolm X Shabazz (27) at Science Park (22)
Newark Tech (26) at Barringer (23)
Orange (25) at Payne Tech (24)
The final preliminary round is set for Monday, October 9.
